  • How do I know if this is for me?

    If you are the founder of a drinks brand that operates in the UK market, then this is for you. Most of our programme participants are either just starting out or are within the first couple of years of trading.

    All we ask is that you have the desire to learn, to be open and honest, and to grow your brand to be the best it can be.

  • What tools do I get? Can I keep them?

    Throughout the programme you'll get all the tools you need to succeed, including but not limited to: sales forecasting modelling, COGS modelling, journey planning tool, brand story builder, KPI setting document, sales deck builder, and many more!

    Whilst the tools remain the intellectual property of 2EM, we absolutely want you to use them in your business and with your team as much as you can.

  • How is the programme structured?

    The Drink Sales Accelerator is a 10-week programme.

    The first two weeks are about getting to know you, your brand, and your business goals. We work with you to build a 24-month commercial sales plan that will achieve your goals.

    The remaining 8-weeks are made up of a weekly video lesson, activities to complete, and a weekly 121 with the 2EM team to ensure you are on track.

  • What's the time commitment?

    We understand how busy founders are, particularly when you are having to do everything in the business. That's why we built the Drink Sales Accelerator to be as flexible as possible.

    We do recommend following the programme week by week, and the kick off sessions with us will always be first. But you can access all the content whenever you want, and choose times for your 121s that work for you.

    If you follow the weekly course the time commitment will be approximately 3-4 hours per week.

    If you'd like to blast through it and complete the course over a week, then that's fine too!
